Accommodation
Through the registration portal it is possible to access the Travel & Accommodation section of the website where participants can opt for our affordable, accommodation as well as book their flight/train ticket to/from Belgium with preferential terms. Please note, that the 2025 edition will be partially held at the partner hotel, therefore it is strongly recommended t o stay in the official structure of the European Youth International Conference.
The accommodation package available this year includes:

- 3 nights, double room in a 4 star hotel from the 27th To till 30th of August 2025 at Belgium

Therefore, if you join the Conference with only the conference fee the cost is 600 euros per person; the fee rises up, if you also want to book the accommodation package, the fee will be 1050 euros per person + port taxes Those who register as scholarship of a delegation will be entitled to a the
Scholarships DO NOT cover travel expenses. Many students who could not afford to come to our events would use crowdfunding sites to try and pay for fees and/or flights.
