The following deadlines and requirements apply for European Youth International Conference (EYIC) .

Apri 15th , 2025 - Deadline for scholarship applications

June 20th, 2025 - First deadline for applications and admission tests

If there are vacancies after the first deadline, there will be a second deadline of july 20th , 2025.

The application procedures are completely automatic and are as follows:
APPLICATION : ENGLISH TEST (if necessary) -> REGISTRATION OR SCHOLARSHIP

The APPLICATION and REGISTRATION of aspiring participants must be completed and submitted by the 20th of June 2025 (for students who need to pass the english test, we must also receive 50% membership fee by the same date);
If selected, candidates must complete the registration Form and at least make a first payment of €350 of the conference fees by and no later than 7 days after receiving the acceptance e-mail and the (however no later than the 15th March, 2025 )
It is possible to apply for a scholarship before the 15th of April 2025 (Please note: the scholarship application We suggest that all those applying for a scholarship complete the initial application form well in advanced to avoid missing any deadlines);
We highly recommend to join the European Youth International Conference (EYIC) package to the Conference Accommodation package or to both of them at the moment of registration at the Conference in order to guarantee the place, in any case, it will be also possible to choose any of these packages later, after checking availability.
