Fees and Scholarships
PARTICIPATION FEES
Those who pass the selection test will be allowed to participate at the conference. The participation and accommodation fees for single delegates and delegations are specified below (the selection process is detailed in the Registration section):
Please note, in order to participate in the European Youth International Conference (EYIC) it is necessary to pay ONLY the conference fee, which means that the other services offered, including accommodation package and the pre-event preparation package Festival on Cruise are optional.

Participation Fee Includes
- Preparation Materials : Comprehensive resources to help delegates prepare effectively.
- Access to the Online Forum : An interactive platform for discussions and networking.
- Online Preparation Meetings : 4 meetings of 3 hours each.(Attendance is not compulsory but highly recommended. )
- Delegate’s Kit : Includes conference essentials.
- Lunches : Provided during the days of the conference.
- Certificate of Participation : Awarded at the end of the conference.
Payment Details

The participation fee is 700 euros, payable in two installments:
- First installment : 350 euros, due by 15th March 2025.
- Second installment : 350 euros, due by 20th June 2025.
- Refund Policy: : Participation fees, whether partial or total, will NOT be refunded under any circumstances after acceptance.
Accommodation
Through the registration portal it is possible to access the Travel & Accommodation section of the website where participants can opt for our affordable, accommodation as well as book their flight/train ticket to/from Belgium with preferential terms. Please note, that the 2025 edition will be partially held at the partner hotel, therefore it is strongly recommended t o stay in the official structure of the European Youth International Conference.
The accommodation package available this year includes:

- 3 nights, double room in a 4 star hotel from the 27th To till 30th of August 2025 at Belgium

- Shuttle service to/from hotel and conference venue

Therefore, if you join the Conference with only the conference fee the cost is 700 euros per person; the fee rises up, if you also want to book the accommodation package, the fee will be 1150 euros per person + port taxes Those who register as scholarship of a delegation will be entitled to a the
Scholarships DO NOT cover travel expenses. Many students who could not afford to come to our events would use crowdfunding sites to try and pay for fees and/or flights.
Refundable Policy
All Payments are Non-Refundable. However, delegates who have paid their fee in full can transfer their Participation to another year
- All Payments shall only be done through our official website i.e. www.europenyouthconference.be
- European Youth International Conference will neither acknowledge, nor be responsible for any payments done to any individual claiming to be an Ambassador or Official of European Youth International Conference.
